First list of bills pre-filed for the 2012 Legislative Session

Here you go.  Turns out all of the pre-filed bills specifically having to do with K-12 education in Alabama as of January 20 have to do with either decreasing the minimum mandatory school age from 7 to 6, increasing accountability for schools where bullying is happening (the Alex Moore Anti-Bullying Act in 3 forms), and clarifying the state’s Ethics law with respect to giving gifts to teachers.
