No Guns at School, Period
No guns at school. Period. Not for teachers, employees, students, nor parents or family members. Not visitors. Not anybody. Not in the car. Not on school property.
In spite of Alabama’s new gun law that went into effect on August 1, 2013, State Superintendent Dr. Tommy Bice has reminded all superintendents that there will be NO FIREARMS ALLOWED IN SCHOOL NOR ON SCHOOL PROPERTY. [Click the link to read Bice’s statement.]
Bice advises school officials to place “Firearms Prohibited” notices at every point of entry of every school building along with all points of entry to school property.
Shortest post ever.
